This puzzle, designed by Oskar van Deventer, is an attempt to use other than conventional slices to make a twisty puzzle. At first sight, it looks impossible to twist this puzzle at all. But the pieces go over and under each other to make it possible.
It is the first corner turning hexahedron with 5 layers per axes.
Edge length: 59 mm

In 2010 Oskar van Deventer started a cooperation with Uwe Meffert. This time Mefferts took the Fadi cube of Oskar, renamed it and produced it under the name Mosaic cube with injection moulding.
After five prototypes Uwe Meffert still not considers this puzzle perfect but good enough to let it mass produced. It is not considered as suitable for speed solving. Please refer to images 4-7.
Edge length: 63 mm
Weight: 177 grams
