This is the third of at least two 3x3x3-variants which were produced in the Aksai Rostov region during the 1980s in the former Soviet Union. These two variants were all produced by exchanging pieces of a standard 3x3x3 with pieces which could be used for the Diamond Cube.
The exact year is so far unknown. Therefore is the given year an upper bound.
The logo is identical to the soviet 3x3x3 which was produced in PRODUCTION ASSOCIATION "HIMPRODUKT" - Aksai Rostov region
