A 2x2x3 with the turns on the long axis connected by gears.
The name tells one what the inventor's intention was with this design. Indeed the puzzle has two axes that work exactly like one would expect from a 2x2x3. In the third axis the gears are integrated. One turn by 90° of the upper layer will turn the lower layer by 90° the other way and turn the four gears by four teeth or 240°.
