This puzzle seems to be designed after the evergrowing series of crazy puzzles, puzzles with additional circles in the middle of each axes. But this scheme does not fit here. The circles are placed on the faces of the dodecahedron although the base puzzle is a Helicopter Dodecahedron, an edge turning dodecahedron.
As a result the puzzle is hybrid puzzle with very shallow face turns that do not intersect with each other.
