The Eitan's Star combined with Icosamate.
This puzzle looks like Eitan's star and allows those turns but also implements the turns of the Icosamate which is an icosahedral Pentultimate. The puzzle was discussed back in 2017 in the forum but it took five years until it became reality. Eight years earlier the dodecahedral variant (Conermate II) was presented.
The inventor named the puzzle in honor of the James Webb Space Telescope to keep the tradition to celebrate great human achievements (Arecibo and EHT).
