These brands of soviet Pyraminxes have tiles and one with a bas-relief "stamp" stating the price of 3 roubles.

This puzzle is named ??pa ????????, transliterated Igra Piramida which means pyramid toy.
These version were produced in Tula, Russia.
Unlike other soviet Pyraminxes the packages do not contain the name "Moldavskaia Piramidka".
The inventor's name was taken directly from the patent.

The colours used and their layouts appear to have been chosen completely at random. Known are at least six different options:

These puzzles have a special stating in a Russian abbreviation that the price is 3 roubles. Images 15 and 16 proove that there were different tiles for the price stamp. The original price is based on the official exchange rate (0.6 roubles per dollar) although in socialist time this was completely theoretical. The price (in roubles) is visible on the package.
