Since the "House Cube" (a piece-exchanging-puzzle between 3x3x3 and Octagon) there were several more or less artistic attempts to give a NxNxN the look of houses, churches, castles, etc.
Images 1-2 show an early representative of all these creations.
Images 3-4 show a version by Yangho from South Korea.

No later than 2019 a mass produced version hit the market under the name "Calvin's House Cube II (flat chimney)". Please refer to images 5-6.
There are also five subversions A-E with white body and custom stickers. One is shown in images 7-9.
