A fully functional and fully proportional 4x4x6 made from a 4x4x4.
The first version of this puzzle is a Rubiks Revenge with two additional layers. It was inspired by the first 2x2x6 (made by Geert Hellings) which was made from a 4x4x4 too.

On Tony Fisher's version, though, there was a problem when after 30° turn is done, babyface pieces can fall off during incomplete moves.
In 2011 Tom van der Zanden presented a completely new design which can be purchased through a 3D printing service. Beginning in 2012 mass production of Tom's version started.
This version comes with six differently coloured bodies:
black, white, blue, checker I (blue & white), checker II (black & white), transparent with 12 colours (see image 6).
