This is a larger version of the Lotica. It consists of three circles. Two allow for quarter turns, the third for half turns. The Lotica presents a smaller configuration of this. Unlike the Lotica the outer circles each allow two turns with concentric circles.
The inventor uses the pseudonym "El Cubitero".
