This puzzle was presented with Arecibo 3. That puzzle is doctrinaire when only turns of 120° are allowed but with turns in steps of 60° it creates a lot of blocks. So the inventor introduced one set of unbandaging intot the puzzle.
This is not a jumbling puzzle because it can be fully unbandaged.

The inventor uses the pseudonym "El Cubitero".
