Gear Up was designed by Oskar, made by George Miller and used as an exchange puzzle by Dave Rossetti for the IPP-25 (International Puzzle Party) held in Finland.
Solving wise, it's identical to "Geared 1x1x4" and "Gear Head" (see seperate entries), but the shape of the gears are quite different to allow them to be made from laser cut acrylic.
There exsits a green and blue body (image 3).
