The concept of the Six Windmills Cube implemented on a 6x6x6.
Please refer to the entry of the Six Windmills Cube for the general concept of this puzzle.
The inventor was challenged by the number six in the original puzzle and decided to implement the same concept on a basis of a 6x6x6.
The puzzle is still doctrinare, but this 6x6x6 version lacks corners and six pieces around each missing corner are truncated to a single colour. As a result, each face has two sets of four pieces that can permute and this changes the solve.
The inventor chose a donor cube with the smallest core but didn't dare cut deeper into the mechanism to create straight lines. That gave rise to the black triangles.
