The "World Festival of Youth and Students" took place in 1985 in Moscow. For that festival a number of puzzles was produced. The twistypuzzles among them are in the museum.
In this case a Pyraminx was reproduced with the logo of the festival on one tile of the corner. Sadly more is not known about this specific puzzle.
