The first deepcut corner turning dodecahedron.

Although looking like megaminx at first, this is a deepcut corner turning dodecahedron. This means there are 10 cuts where each cut is perpendicular to an axis going through opposite corners and this cut is placed in the centre of this puzzle.
Creating deepcut puzzle is considered one of the most difficult tasks in designing twisty puzzles with the exception of the skewb where the specific properties of the tetrahedral symmtry group help the designer a lot.
The chopasaurus is the first deepcut corner turning dodecahedron. This represents an axis system equivalent to a deepcut face turning icosahedron.
It consists of 919 pieces.
It was awarded as puzzle of the year 2010 by the community here on the twistypuzzles forum.
