Politechnika (later renamed into Politoys) is wellknown as the original producer of Rubik's Cube. Lesser known is that Politechnika also produced a large number (at least 39) of promotional cubes. These were sold in various blue packages known from that era.
The version shown here advertises for the Hungarian city Székesfehérvár. Alba Regia is its latin name. It is also the name of a Hungarian microcar,
commissioned in the 50’s, a.o. by Ernő Rubik (in this case, the father of the inventor of the cube).
The logo is shown on the blue face piece.
The year is unknown but 1983 is an upper bound.
