This puzzle is strange hybrid. At first it looks like a 2x2x3 and indeed it turns like that. Additionally the top and bottom layers implement the cuts known from the Curvy copter. Therefore the puzzle looks as if a 2x2x3 was combined with two Curvy Chops. It also also jumbling turns.
