The soviet version of the Halpern-Meier-Tetrahedron.
This puzzle is named Объёмная Логическая Игpa, transliterated Obieemnaia Logicheskaia Igra which means (roughly) Volumetric Logical Toy.
The HMT (Halpern-Meier-Tetrahedron) is a shape variant of the Skewb with a very complicated history that became even more complicated with the discovery of the sample shown here.
For many years it was thought that Tony Fisher implemented the first version of the HMT in 1991. The soviet patent from Aleksandr Ordynets given here was known but it was assumed that it has never been implemented. This sample here disprooves the assumption. Nothing more is known about this puzzle.
