The X-morphix entry for the 10x10x10. A true tetrahedron with planar faces would have become unusably big. Therefore the puzzle had to have this pillowed shape. A mass produced version "10-Layer Mastermorphix 4-solid-color" also hit the market. See images 7-10. Links
