This is a straightforward shape transformation of a "Concept 11" aka Dayan Gem III. Twelve edges were truncated until three edges of the hexagons become edges of the solid. The shape is similar to a rhombicuboctahedron, an archimedean solid.
The internal puzzle is a dino cube (a corner turning cube) with babyfaces added on 6 sides. The original Pyraminx Ultimate had a 3x3x3 Rubik's cube inside (a face turning cube).
