This puzzle is a skewb transformed into a tetrahedron. That has already been done in the HMT, the Halpern-Meier-Tetrahedron. The designer has "fisher"ed that classical design, meaning he has twisted it by 45° inside its solid. One turn (shown in image 4) does not change the puzzle's shape. The other do.
