This is a kilominx with 6 bonds of 2 pieces each.
It is meant to be the first of a series of 6 puzzles The V6 was the first that came to the inventor's mind. He thought that more cubes can be made taking into account the same main references of the locks. It leads you to have locks on all faces, so this results in 4 pieces on each face of the dodecahedron.
Kilodage is a portmanteu of Kilominx and bandage.
