This is one of the evergrowing family of hybrid puzzles that combines the axis systems of the face and the corner turning cube.
It looks very much like the Offset Skewb 2x2x2 that was presented ten years earlier. This new puzzle shares the same axis system with its predecessor but this new one supports 90° turns on the faces.
