A 2x2x3 (aka Slim Tower) transformed into a tetrahedron and placed in midturn.
This is not the first 2x2x3 in shape of a tetrahedron but the cutting pattern is completely different compared with the predecessor, the Slim Pyramorphix. The inventor also "ghosted" the puzzle (placed it in midturn by a 90° turn before reshaping it) which allows both halves of the puzzle to show the same pattern.
