Politechnika (later renamed into Politoys) is wellknown as the original producer of Rubik's Cube. Lesser known is that Politechnika also produced a large number (at least 39) of promotional cubes. These were sold in various blue packages known from that era.
The version shown here advertises for an Electronics and light bulb company in Hungary.
The logo is shown on th red face piece
It came in the two different packagings: In the hungarian Politechnika packaging without Rubik's signature and the englisch Politoys packaging with Ernö Rubik's signature.
The year is unknown but 1983 is an upper bound.
