This is an edge turning Rhombic Dodecahedron, a jumbling-only puzzle with 24 axes. The axis system is equivalent to a face turning deltoidal icositetrahedron. Interestingly the inventor one year earlier presented the Plus-version which includes one layer of unbandaging.
