The enabler Cube with another restriction. Only two faces are turnable at any given time.

The Binary Deep Cube is a further-bandaged version of Oskar's Enabler Cube (which has its own entry), and uses the same mechanism. There is one special corner piece indicated on the puzzle which always enables turns on its three shared layers, and blocks the opposing three layers from turning.
However, there is an extra restriction that this puzzle has: two opposite center pieces are fused to the internal core of the puzzle and can never rotate, so regardless of the special corner's position, there will always be one layer it shares which will not be able to turn.
The reason for the "binary" name in this puzzle is that, given any starting position, there will only be two layers that are available to turn and it is effectively a binary choice. Furthermore, after one move is made, there will be only one other different layer available for the next move and so the turning restrictions on this puzzle are very extreme.
