Even though both M&M's and Pedigree are brands owned by Mars (yes, THAT Mars), I still don't understand how it's possible that someone thought it would be a good idea to associate one of their more popular candy brands with dog food.

Mars are also producers of (among many others) 3 Musketeers, Dove, Milky Way, Skittles, Snickers, and Starburst as well as pet foods Kal Kan, Mealtime, Pedigree, Sheba, and Whiskas.
