This is a cubic 2x2x4 cuboid with an alternate solved state. In 2018 Andrey Yerashkevich invented this variant and called it Zaviruha (Whirlwind).
The inventor's painting is about the key idea from alchemy, "as above, so below". From the atomic microcosm to the galactic macrocosm, the whirlwind is the cosmic dance that keeps the universe unfolding. The four symbols on the sides are fire, water, air, and earth. The fifth element is spirit, which is given the colour purple, hence the purple galaxy on top.
