A mysterious puzzle about which only little is known.

That this puzzle exists could be confirmed only lately after the two images of this entry appeared. Beyond that it appeared as a sketch in the old soviet book titled "Matematicheskie Golovolomka" that has its own entry in the museum.
From these sources we know the inventor, the name (??????? ??????, transliterated Tsvetnye Poiaski meaning Colour Belts) and the factory (?????? = LOGICS).
The text in the book (see image 3) translates to:
Another puzzle came up with the familiar Grabarchuk. It is a prism cut along the axis, encircled by rings of multi-coloured chips, parts of which slide one on the other.
From the appearance and the book it can be deduced that the puzzle is mechanically similar to the Diogenes and other puzzles with sliding core.
