This puzzle is very similar to the Deranged Dark Matter. It is in the shape of a Pentagonal Icositetrahedron (a catalan solid), and can be assembled in 2 different ways, just like the previous puzzle. The cut pattern is just like Oskar's Crazy Comet, Astroid Attack, and Meteor Madness, but with the idea applied to a much bigger shape.
The naming scheme is the same, using alliteration, a space reference, and a word meaning "insane". The misspelling of "satellite" is intentional so that it fits with the first word in the name. Both words end up starting with a "P" but sounding like they should start with an "S".
