Diogocopter 9 uses the same nine-axis system as the previous Hexapod and Diogo's Crystal puzzles. This time it has been applied to a triangular prism. The prism has been pillowed in order to create slices that minimize the number of external pieces, in a manner very similar to the inventor's previous Tricopter 9 puzzle (hence the name). Despite this similarity, the two puzzles behave very differently due to the different axis systems.
