A one layered Square-1 with 20 pieces.
The Floppy Super Square-4 is a twisty puzzle that combines the Floppy Cube, Square-4, and Super Square-1. Its pieces are in the same 18-degree increments as the ones of the Square-4, but there is a circle in the middle that determines the vertical turning axis (as on the Super Square-1).
It was designed in May 2018 and 3D printed on a desktop FDM 3D printer.
Two months later Jason Gavril has printed and stickered his own samples shown in images 3-5. In these the pieces are distinguishable by gaps in the stickers. In solved position these give the puzzle a spiralic look.
Images 6-7 show another version from Jason Gavril from December 2019.
Edge length: 57 mm
Height: 19 mm
(identical to the Floppy Cube)
