This puzzle is another moving-hole puzzle implemented on a cylindrical surface. The big difference are the four middle layers which are fused. This mechanism is known from the Missing Link although there it is implemented with tiles instead of marbles.
The puzzle is said to by manufactured in Argentina by MA-VI and distributed by Doll Toys during the 1980s. Therefore the year named here is an upper bound.
Obviously it was produced in a number of different colour schemes.
