Like the original Trifurcation Cube this one has a jumbling only axis system with 24 axes. It was published together with another version that resembles the Trifurcation Cube very directly.
This more complex puzzle has a number of additional cuts. Every cut moves 20 pieces instead of 8 as in the simpler octahedron.
In January 2018 a transparent version hit the market.
2020 followed versions in red, white, pink and transparent purple.
