A strange puzzle from the cube craze which resembles a mixture between the ten billion barrel and Atomic Chaos.

Many puzzle pens were produced during the cube craze but this one has a way more sophisticated mechanism than all its companions.
The puzzle has 5 colums with a height of 8 pills split into 4 layers. There are 38 pills in the puzzle and therefore two holes.
There are 8 pills each for the colours purple, orange, red and green. The 6 remaining pills are coloured blue.
The puzzle is played by twisting the four layers including the two holes and by twisting the puzzle upside down to let the pills fall into the holes.
The ten billion barrel has layers two pills thick too. And it has 5 columns too.
Atomic Chaos utilized the upside-down-gravity mechanism. But this pen (from 1982!) combines all these features.
There were at least three different puzzles named "Puzzle Pen III"
