A Little Chop in its "natural shape", a rhombic dodecahedron.
This can be viewed as a shape variant of the Little Chop aka 24 cube. The rhombic dodecahedron is the "natural shape" for all puzzles with this axis system because they result in face turning puzzle without changing their shape.
In 2011 the "Shift Pole" was an entry in the design competition of IPPs. This puzzle is identical with respect to solving but it used magnets and needed a cage of transparent plastic to be twisted.
