A derivate of the Hungarian Rings from the soviet era.
The original name is ???????????-8, transliterated Golovolomka-8, or Toy Eight or Game-8.
The original year is just an upper bound.
The original price is based on the official exchange rate (0.6 roubles per dollar) although in socialist time this was completely theoretical. The price (in roubles) is printed on the back of the puzzle.
As with many puzzle from the soviet era this was produced with different colour schemes. The leaflet in image 12 shows the puzzle's name with the digit 8.
