A skewb diamond in midturn with several extensions. The resulting shape is a triangular dipyramid.
This puzzle is a derivate of the trigonal trapezohedron skewb. Image 3 illustrates the relationship between the two puzzles. The trapezohedron is twisted by 60° between the opposite tips. The small concave gaps are subsequently filled with additional extensions. The solved state of this puzzle allows only one move.
