This puzzle was requested by Vladimir Yaroslavskiy. He wanted a "deepcut" version of the Heptagon which is another invention of Oskar van Deventer. This is a shape variant of Oskars Cheese Block which explains the puzzles name. It has a huge number of invisible pieces inside.
Whether this puzzle is truly deepcut is topic of an unfinished debate.
