A skewb in midturn with extensions on six corners and truncations on two corners.
This is a pretty straightforward shape transformation of the skewb. The skewb was turned by 60 which is an incomplete move. Afterwards extensions were made and glued onto six corners to change the appearance back into that of a convex solid.
The corners without extensions were truncated into flat triangles. A puzzle without truncated corners was named "Triangular Diypramid" and made one year later.
