The concept of "Alex Black Hole" with restricted moves but combined with a 1x2x2.

Polo Glider is an idea by Alex Polonsky which was implemented by Oskar van Deventer. It combines a 1x2x2 core with moves similar to Alex Black Hole. The puzzles shape is not a perfet cube to highlight the fact that there is a 1x2x2 inside and not a full 2x2x2.
One can also see it as a handicapped 2x2x2 cube with one piece missing, and allowing only half turns over two of its three axes. One of the seven sliding cubies is attached to the core, but it slides as smoothly as the other six cubies.
Edge length: 48 mm
