This is another 2x4x4. This one was built by reducing a 4x4x4 which means it was built by hand. Solvingwise it is identical to the "2x4x4 (bandaged 4x4x4)" The images 1-3 steem from a rebuilt sample by Traiphum Prungtaengkit. In 2013 the inventor decided to build another version. See image 4 for second version.
