This puzzle succeeds Combo Cube from the same inventor. Solvingwise it is identical to a Clarks Cube a 2x2x2-version of Peters Black Hole but it uses an ingenious mechanism without a cage.
Combo Cube was the first one to demonstrate the cageless mechanism. Compared with the predecessor this one is a pure sliding puzzle without the ability to twist like a 3x3x3.
