A mass produced Mixup Cube. Compared with the "3x3x3"-variant one ring is further split up.

Three years after Oskar van Deventer presented the first Mixup Cube a series of mass produced derivate was published. The original Mixup Cube looks like a slightly non-proportional 3x3x3 which allows some unexpected moves. The community needed some time to realize that Oskar had combined the concepts of a 3x3x3 and an Equator.
This new derivative has 16 pieces on every ring instead of the 8 pieces of the original Mixup Cube. The variant named "3x3x4" has one ring further split up.
The package was used for seven different puzzles: The four Mixup Plus-puzzles and the three Wormhole-puzzles.
Edge length: 66 mm
Weight: 173 grams
