This puzzle is named "?????????", transliterated "Vosmerka", which means "Eight".
This puzzles exists in at least four different colors. It was produced in the city of Sharia, according to the leaflet in image 8 or in Yaroslavl (images 9-10).
The blue version shown here is incomplete since it misses one marble.
The original price is based on the official exchange rate (0.6 roubles per dollar) although in socialist time this was completely theoretical.
