A face turning tetrahedron works like a superset of Master Pyraminx and F-Skewb. It has the shape of a Reuleaux Tetrahedron.

This is a design presented by Clayton Ertley in 2010 which "slept" for some time. In 2011 Claus Wenicker used it for the first time and printed the sample shown here.
This puzzle can be viewed as a mixture of a Master Pyraminx and a F-Skewb:
- The 4 corners are present in both.
- The 12 wings are present in both.
- The 12 small triangles are present in the F-Skewb but not in the Master Pyraminx.
- The 4 hexagons are present in the Master Pyraminx but not in the F-Skewb.
- The 6 edges are present in the Master Pyraminx but not in the F-Skewb. These 6 pieces have no equivalent in the Master Skewb.
Piece type signature: HC2[C1/ C4/ E3 X9/ VNz3/][C4/]

In 2014, Traiphum made a pillowed version out of a DaYan Gem V and named it "Dino Skewb Tetrahedron I"
