A vertexturning rhombic triacontahedron. Both sets of vertices allow turning.

The puzzle's name describes the intention for this puzzle. It is a rhombic triacontahedron which faces are split up through round cuts which have so far been typical for the Rex Cube. Just like the Rex cube this puzzle is vertex- (or corner-) turning.
So far everything sounds as if it were just another shape transformation of an existing puzzle. The main point for this puzzle is that turns are possible around axis through all its vertices. This puzzle is therefore a hybrid which collects the two axis systems of a face turning dodecahedron (known from an Icosaminx; deeper than a regular megaminx) and the vertexturning dodecahedron (known from Dino Dodecahedron).
Since the rhombic triacontahedron has the same symmetry group as the megaminx and the Dino dodecahedron this puzzle does not change shape.
This design is the direct successor of the Rex Rhombic Dodecahedron (RRD). Here the same concept of a corner turning puzzle was applied to a Rhombic Dodecahedron.
