This puzzle is a truncated 3x3x3. All corners were truncated in different depths. The resulting solid has fourteen sides (hence the name "Tetrakaidekahedron") but is without any kind of symmetry. Every pieces is shaped uniquely. Therefore the puzzle wouldn't need stickers at all. The puzzle could be solved by shape only.
