This is a bandaged Pyraminx. Like the older "Bandaged Pyraminx" (see the museum) this variant has two bonds. But compared to the older variant this one does not behave like bandaged puzzle because the allowed twists do no depend on the permutation.
It is a very easy puzzle since the edges can not change their orientation.
