The concept of the X-Block applied two times to a skewb. A Skewb with looks as if one has fused two X-Block's.
The idea behind the X-Block is to extend two sides of a skewb so the resulting puzzle has twice the length of a regular skewb.
These extension were applied in two dimensions for this puzzle.
In 2009 Claus Wenicker reinvented this shape variant and named it CrossSkewb.
